It's Peanut Butter Jelly time!

Must give tribute to the PB&J song: http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=Z3ZAGBL6UBA

I dipped into my PB supply and it was soooooo good! The Caramel Delights taunt me but I'll only bust them out after a REALLY bad day.

The food here is getting better –or I’m finding more tasty options. I’ve yet to have Koshary, which is a staple here: macaroni noodles, rice, red beans and tomatoes…or something like that. I have had foul (pronounced full; it's some bean mixture) and it is no bueno but you will find it everywhere, from the streets to posh restaurants.

I’ve given into my fear and finally had street food. I have to say it is by far the most delicious food I’ve had here so far. PLUS, it is absurdly cheap; my lunch today was only 55 cents! I had some stuffed pita sandwich, I have no idea what was inside but it was really yummy.

BTW, they eat pigeon, liver and brain here. They have this egg shop that has probably at least 10-15 different kinds of eggs. I'm willing to try new things but I don't think I can go that far!

I’ve found a few good options for living arrangements. I will most likely have a 2 bedroom so start planning those trips because I’ve got accommodations covered :)

Peace.
